The Tanners’ Tower, built around the centuries XIII – XIV is located in the southwestern part of the citadel. It is a modest tower in comparison to his neighbor, the Tin Tower – which is bound to the Archers’ Gallery.
It has a square plan, with small dimensions, a sloping roof in a single direction, and the wall can be seen shooting holes. It was built in order to safeguard the Clock Tower courtyard.
